Each product—whether it is a Shivling, Rudraksha, Mala, or rosary—is carefully sourced and packaged with devotion. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to help.

We accept returns only in cases of damage or incorrect shipment, and such issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number, clear details of the issue, and photographs of the item and packaging. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.

Please ensure that the returned item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We do not accept returns for items that show signs of use or wear.

Due to the spiritual nature of our products, especially Rudrakshas, consecrated items, and custom orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is proven to be damaged during shipping or is not what was ordered. These items are sacred and are often used in personal worship, so we treat their handling with the utmost respect and care.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Please note that return shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item). For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
